Position Overview: 
As the HVAC Installation Crew Leader, it is your responsibility to oversee and complete system replacements, including new installations and retrofits, by utilizing expertise in metal work and strategizing efficient installation plans. You will also train apprentices, ensure high-quality installations, and deliver exceptional customer service while adhering to company values. 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Providing top-notch customer service while installing new residential HVAC systems.
    • Note: This role does not involve new construction or commercial work. 
  • Leading installations from start to finish, adhering to the established plan for the job and making necessary adjustments. 
  • Working alongside an HVAC apprentice, assisting with daily tasks. 
  • Offering customers advice and maintenance tips for their HVAC systems. 

What Does It Take? 

  • Minimum 3 years of HVAC experience. Lead/Supervisory experience preferred. 
  • EPA Universal License is required.  
  • Valid Driver's License required. 
  • Clear background check, Motor Vehicle Report (MVR), and drug screen. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and educating customers on all options. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Commitment to safety in all aspects of work. 
  • Ability to work independently or in a team environment.
