Job description

Black Diamond Experts is a proud and growing local Utah based residential service company. Our strengths are Electrical, Plumbing, and HVAC. Our goal is to continue dominating Utah's market by servicing the Wasatch Front while maintaining a happy and loyal customer base. Our priority is taking care of our employees who are our biggest assets.
The primary duties of an HVAC Install Apprentice are to perform retrofit replacements for HVAC systems. Working in crews to remove and replace furnaces and air conditioners. Safety and performance tests are conducted for each system(s) as well as checking the area for carbon monoxide and natural gas leaks. A heavy emphasis is placed on customer service. Daily tasks include the technical aspect of the job, collecting payments, giving accurate and detailed information about each home and situation, maintaining truck inventory levels, among others. Communication with homeowners about the status of their system after the service has been performed.
