As a Service Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include installing tires and wheels, performing alignments, and ensuring the shop remains clean, organized, and safe at all times.Why You’ll Love This Career:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in mounting and balancing tires.
  • Hardworking & Dependable – You take pride in your work.

  • Valid Driver’s License Required – You’ll assist with installations and test drives when needed.

Requirements:
  • Experience in general tire procedures is a plus
  • Valid driver’s license with a driving history that passes our company requirements
  • Pass drug screen and background check to company policy standard
  • Ability to work flexible hours Monday through Saturday
  • Stand for long periods of time
  • Lifting and exerting up to at least 100 lbs.
  • Professional Proficiency in English – Bilingual is a plus
