Job Purpose: The Hurricane Shutter Technician is responsible for the professional installation, repair, and maintenance of hurricane shutters and impact windows. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients' homes are protected and ready for hurricane season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and maintain accordion and roll-down shutters, impact windows, and sliding glass doors.

  • Provide excellent customer service and address any issues or concerns promptly.

  • Adhere to safety standards and protocols during installations and repairs.

  • Maintain accurate records of work performed using a mobile CRM app.

  • Load and unload heavy equipment and materials (up to 70+ pounds).

  • Operate and carry heavy machinery, tools, and materials safely.

  • Work comfortably on ladders and at heights, in various weather conditions.

Required Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

  • Clean background check.

  • Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus.

  • Ability to learn and use a mobile CRM app.

  • Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
