Location:

Work Model:

Mainly remote, with occasional in-person meetings at the office

Schedule:

Full-time, flexible hours

Languages:

Bilingual (French/English) preferred

About the Role

You’ll sell plastic products used by clients in food production, manufacturing, distribution and more. These are recurring, high-volume accounts, not one-off deals. You’ll be building long-term client relationships, managing your own portfolio, and earning commission from day one of your first sale.

We’re looking for a true hunter, someone who thrives on prospecting, opening new doors, and creating opportunities. In the beginning, your focus will be 100% new business development, gradually evolving into account management as your client base grows.

What’s in it for you:
  • $60,000 base salary

  • 1% commission on all sales (no thresholds)

  • Accelerator bonus: 1.5% commission after hitting annual targets

  • Health and dental insurance

  • Flexible work hours + hybrid setup (Montreal HQ)

  • Six-figure earning potential by year 2–3

  • Autonomy, trust, and freedom to shape how you work

  • Free Market (No Territories)

We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience (ideally in plastics, manufacturing, or industrial sectors)

  • Is bilingual (French/English) or confident working with a variety of clients

  • Has a hunter mindset and thrives in prospecting and cold outreach

  • Is entrepreneurial and self-driven with strong communication skills

  • Understands how to build and maintain lasting client relationships

  • Can balance short-term wins with long-term strategic growth

Nice-to-haves:
  • Experience using CRM systems and improving sales processes

  • A vision to grow into a leadership role in sales

  • A network in industrial or manufacturing sectors

Horaire :

Temps plein, horaire flexible

Langues :

Bilinguisme (français/anglais) requis ou fortement préféré
