What is a hunting video?

A Hunting Video job involves filming, editing, and producing video content related to hunting. This may include capturing hunting trips, wildlife footage, gear reviews, and instructional content. Professionals in this role use cameras, drones, and editing software to create engaging videos for online platforms, television, or marketing purposes. Strong knowledge of hunting, outdoor survival, and video production techniques is essential for success in this field.

What does a typical day look like for someone producing hunting videos?

A typical day as a Hunting Video Producer often involves spending time outdoors capturing footage of hunting expeditions, setting up and maintaining filming equipment, and coordinating with hunters and guides to document key moments. After fieldwork, you’ll usually review and edit the collected footage, add narration or music, and ensure that the final content aligns with brand or client expectations. You may also collaborate with marketing teams to tailor content for various platforms and audiences. This role offers a dynamic mix of fieldwork, technical production, and creative storytelling, requiring adaptability to changing weather and fast-paced situations.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive in the hunting video position, and why are they important?

Familiarity with professional video cameras, editing software like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro, and often drone certification are advantageous. These abilities ensure the production of engaging, high-quality hunting content that resonates with specific audiences and meets production goals.

Seeking a charismatic, competitive closer who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment and is accountable to results.
About You
You're a dynamic professional motivated by a high-energy, fast-paced market. You work well under pressure, you're accountable to your goals, and you measure your success in tours booked, leases signed, and prospects who walked away saying you were the best part of their housing search.
  • Are you a self-sufficient hunter who is being held back in your current environment and needs uncapped earning potential?
  • Are you an entrepreneurial-minded growth professional who thrives working with other rainmakers in a fun culture, driven to exceed performance targets?
  • Do you build rapport quickly, move fast, and juggle multiple prospects without losing the close?
  • Are you accountable to your numbers and proud to compete openly with your team?

If you're the type of dynamic professional motivated by a high-energy, fast-paced market and accountable to your goals, apply today. If not, this isn't for you.
About Us
SAIL is a Twin Cities multifamily property management firm built on Operational Mastery and disciplined, strategic leasing. We invest in the people who drive results, we track what success looks like, and we recognize the people who deliver it consistently. We're building a best-in-class leasing team and we want top performers at the center of it.
About the Role
The Leasing Consultant is one of the primary drivers of occupancy, revenue, and prospect experience at an assigned community or small portfolio. You will own your pipeline from first inquiry through signed lease, working a disciplined sales process and closing business consistently. Reports to the Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities
  • Own Your Pipeline and Close Business: Convert qualified leads to signed leases with strong, consistent closing ratios; work a disciplined sales process from first contact through move-in; manage your calendar, follow-up, and tour volume to maximize results.
  • Deliver a Memorable Prospect Experience: Tour prospects with warmth, professionalism, and clarity across every channel including in-person, phone, email, text, and video; listen actively and tailor your approach to what each prospect cares about most.
  • Manage Speed and Accuracy in Systems: Practice strong speed-to-lead response and structured follow-up cadences in CRM and Yardi; keep listings, availability, pricing, and promotional details accurate and current; track your own conversion metrics.
  • Push the Standard Forward: Partner with the site team and leasing leadership; share what's working, bring ideas that improve tours and conversion, and contribute as a top performer raising the bar at your community.
What You'll Get
  • Base salary $46,000 to $50,000, plus monthly leasing commissions and quarterly performance bonuses; OTE potential well above base for top performers
  • Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, company holidays, MN Earned Sick and Safe Time
  • Exposure to a diverse portfolio of communities, product types, and price points
  • A leadership team that recognizes top performers and competes openly
  • Clear expectations, real accountability, and a culture that rewards results
What Winning Looks Like (First 6 to 12 Months)
  • Consistently strong conversion from inquiry to tour, and tour to lease
  • Reliable, documented follow-up that reflects a professional and accountable approach
  • Positive feedback from prospects, residents, and the site team
  • Recognition as a contributor who raises the standard, not just meets it

Requirements
  • Experience in property management, hospitality, sales, or a high-volume customer-facing role preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to work a sales process, hit goals, and manage your time and priorities independently
  • Comfortable with technology including CRM tools, property management software, virtual tours, and digital communication
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Composure under pressure and the ability to manage high inquiry and tour volume without losing quality
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • A "this is my business" mindset toward your property, your pipeline, and your results

Schedule and Working Conditions
  • Full-time, with regular Saturday coverage and periodic evening shifts as needed
  • Primarily based at an assigned community, with occasional travel between SAIL communities
  • Essential functions include walking the property (interior and exterior), navigating stairs, and occasional lifting up to 25 pounds
  • Offer contingent on successful background check, reference verification, and MVR review
