As a General Manager, you'll ensure top-notch service, delectable food, and a welcoming, fun-filled atmosphere while providing guidance and direction to your team.
As a General Manager, your responsibilities include:
  • Whipping up fresh fruit and food items daily
  • Crafting mouthwatering wraps, sandwiches, and our signature smoothies
  • Keeping equipment in tip-top shape and ensuring the cafe meets brand standards
  • Inspiring, directing, and coaching the crew every single day
  • Managing inventory by placing and receiving order
  • Scheduling shifts for crew members
  • Stepping in to cover shifts when needed
  • Training enthusiastic new crew members
