About the Opportunity
We are one of the fastest-growing companies in the restoration and mitigation industry, expanding rapidly across the United States - with international growth on the horizon. • Manage your pipeline and track activity using CRM tools
  • Follow up consistently with referral partners to strengthen long-term relationships
  • Represent the company with professionalism and integrity in every interaction

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in restoration, mitigation, construction, plumbing, insurance, or property management
  • A proven track record of generating and closing new business
  • Existing relationships with insurance agents, adjusters, plumbers, property managers, or real estate professionals

  • Comfort with cold calling, in-person sales visits, and business-to-business marketing
  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or communications is a plus, but not required - real-world experience and results matter most
  • High knowledge of the industry and how it operates

Bringing an existing book of business or an established client list is a major advantage and will be heavily favored in our hiring process.
Compensation & Growth
  • Base salary: $60,000-$85,000 plus commission, with high earning potential for top performers
