Do you like mortgage finance and real estate but, not sure how to break in or turned off by having to hunt for your own business or be commission based only? Would you like a more structured environment and better opportunity to learn and earn?


We are looking for Licensed Loan Officers Ready to build a career in mortgage through inside sales. Experience is not required, however hunger, Hardworking and humble is!


We will provide Training, Leads, tools and team. In addition to a great compensation program. We source leads both through vendors and organically.


Location: Las Vegas, NV (In-Office)

Compensation:

  • $3,500/month draw base
  • $1,200 per funded loan
  • No Caps on earning
  • Full benefits also offered.ย 

Requirements


  • NMLS license required (New encouraged)
  • Must work in Office, Las Vegas, NV
  • Strong communication skillsย 


What You need:


  • Understanding of Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac and FHA products.
  • Ability to work inbound leads
  • Ability to qualify borrowers for a mortgage
  • Ability to Guide clients through the mortgage process



Travel:

  • As needed travel internationally between United States and Mexico to meet business needs.


Language:

  • English preferred, Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) desired.


Compensation:

  • PMG will offer a competitive compensation package commensurate with the background and experience of the applicant.
