We are a dynamic, expanding company with exciting opportunities in language/culture, training/education/instruction, IT, cyber security, and intelligence (analysts, CI, HUMINT, SIGINT, etc.). Global Dimensions is seeking a Property Specialist Level II for a position in San Antonio, Texas. Join a mission-driven team where precision, accountability, and operational excellence are critical to maintaining secure and efficient enterprise asset operations. As a Property Specialist II, you will play a key role in managing property accountability functions, supporting organizational readiness, and ensuring compliance with established asset management processes and procedures. In this role, you will oversee and execute comprehensive property accountability activities including physical inventories, asset tracking and scanning, audits, hand receipt management, database integrity analysis, and asset documentation within enterprise systems of record. You will also coordinate and document the transportation, shipment, movement, receipt, and delivery of assets across the organization. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates strong leadership capabilities, and is committed to maintaining operational accuracy, accountability, and compliance. Essential Job Functions Conduct physical inventories, audits, and asset accountability reviews. Manage hand receipts, asset documentation, and database integrity within source systems of record. Coordinate the shipment, transportation, receipt, movement, and delivery of organizational assets. Perform all Property Specialist I responsibilities as required. Provide leadership and supervisory support to team members. Ensure compliance with A442 Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Validate and monitor adherence to established asset management processes. Coordinate tasks, requirements, and operational activities with the COR-T. Submit weekly activity reports and support organizational reporting requirements. Ensure employees complete all required system access documentation. Attend mandatory organizational meetings and training sessions. Complete quarterly performance evaluations and support periodic taskers as assigned. Requirements Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with Full-Scope Polygraph required. Associate's Degree in Supply Chain Management or a directly related field preferred. Equivalent Experience Accepted: In lieu of a degree, candidates may qualify with four (4) years of hands-on experience in: Property accountability and asset tracking. Property accounting processes and associated documentation. * Automated inventory control systems.
Data entry and database management. Ordering, shipping, transportation, and receiving operations. Packaging and material handling. Excess property processing and disposition procedures.
