Job description

Overview BLUEHAWK is seeking an experienced Senior CI-HUMINT Analyst to support a newly awarded long-term contract supporting the U.S. Army and Intelligence Community. This position plays a critical role in providing strategic counterintelligence and HUMINT analysis to protect U.S. interests, support force protection initiatives, and counter foreign intelligence threats targeting Army Research, Development & Acquisition (RDA), Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCIP), emerging technologies, and DoD supply chains. The ideal candidate is a seasoned intelligence professional with extensive experience integrating all-source intelligence to produce high-impact analytic products, strategic assessments, and operational recommendations supporting senior military and national-level decision makers. Responsibilities * Produce strategic CI-HUMINT intelligence reports, assessments, and briefings supporting mission planning and force protection.
  • Analyze asymmetric threats, foreign intelligence entities (FIE), technical intelligence threats, and vulnerabilities impacting U.S. interests worldwide.
  • Develop threat assessments, trend analyses, white papers, information papers, and executive-level intelligence products.
  • Integrate HUMINT, CI, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, and other all-source intelligence to produce timely finished intelligence.
  • Support the development of CONOPS, OPLANs, OPORDs, and strategic collection management plans.
  • Conduct highly complex all-source CI analytic production supporting Army Counterintelligence missions.
  • Analyze foreign intelligence threats targeting Defense Critical Infrastructure, DoD supply chains, and emerging technologies.
  • Support CI-HUMINT targeting, collection planning, operational deconfliction, and intelligence oversight activities.
  • Apply Intelligence Community analytic tradecraft standards and methodologies to support current and future operations.
Brief senior military leaders and government stakeholders on intelligence findings and operational recommendations. Qualifications Education Master's Degree from an accredited institution.
Required Clearance * Active TS/SCI Clearance.
  • Must be willing to successfully complete and maintain a Counterintelligence-Scope Polygraph.
Required Certifications (One Required) * DoD Intelligence Fundamentals
  • Certified Defense All-Source Analyst (CDASA Level I & II)
  • Certified Collection Management Professional - Fundamentals (CCMP-F)
  • Intelligence Planner Certification
Military/Government Training One or more of the following: * U.S. Government All-Source Intelligence MOS or equivalent analytical certification
  • Joint CI/HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (HT-JCOE)
  • DIA Targeting Officer Course / Fundamentals of HUMINT Targeting Course (FHTC)
  • Intelligence Community equivalent training
Experience Requirements * 12+ years of experience in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership.
  • 8+ years supporting strategic Military Intelligence or Intelligence Community organizations conducting CI-HUMINT analysis.
  • 5+ years analyzing regional and functional CI-HUMINT issues involving:
  • Foreign intelligence threats
  • Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCIP)
  • DoD supply chains
  • Emerging technologies
  • Foreign intelligence technical collection threats
Desired Skills * Expert knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs) 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
  • Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience preparing executive-level intelligence briefings and strategic assessments.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection, targeting, operational planning, and force protection.
