Job description

Title: Location: Washington, DC Clearance: TS/SCI, with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph Responsibilities: * Collaborate with collection requirements managers, analytic elements, and consumers to ensure HUMINT collection operations have the necessary focus and guidance to maximize time and resources allocated * Apply intelligence collection systems and capabilities to inform intelligence collectors and consumers of collection developments and relevancy through a range of products * Collaborate across the IC to understand consumer intelligence needs and gaps to optimize developing collection operations tailored to the requirements of the customer * Work with collectors and all-source analysts to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of multi-INT collection against requirements * Execute collection plans and strategies to generate reliable intelligence relevant to consumer needs * Manage large amounts of data, ensure data consistency, produce visualizations, and develop models to report findings * Assist with developing methods and criteria to evaluate whether collection requirements have been satisfied, using measures of effectiveness and measures of performance * Produce feedback of findings, identify collection gaps, related trends, and opportunities; assess collection options, test assumptions; produce judgments, recommendations and solutions to refine collection * Produce analyses identifying gaps in collections methods, and models future intelligence collection scenarios * Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes for various HUMINT and technical intelligence operations Requirements: * Bachelor's degree preferred, with twelve (12) years of experience as a HUMINT Collection Manager or another agency equivalent * Previous experience with HUMINT automated systems * Knowledge of intelligence oversight and security guidelines pertaining to HUMINT reporting * Excellent written communication, research, and analytic skills * Excellent oral and written communication skills for preparing, presenting, and communicating complex topics using available multimedia software and applications * Experience in managing research and coordination for projects * Experience in instructing and interacting with small groups on data and information requirements and coordination tasks preferred * Detailed knowledge of DIA, NSA, CIA, DEA, FBI, and Departments of Treasury and State programs and products highly desired * Specialized training from any intelligence collection and analysis school or certification or graduate of in-residence basic HUMINT Collection course a plus * Current active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a CI polygraph Equal Opportunity Employer/Veteran/Disabled
