Join the Humanitarian Department as an Instructional Design Intern and support the Church's global mission to care for those in need. This is a unique opportunity to create learning solutions that strengthen service efforts and reflect eternal gospel principles in action.

From the IT professional who develops an app that sends the gospel message worldwide, to the facilities manager who maintains our buildings- giving Church members places to worship, teach, learn, and receive sacred ordinances-our employees seek innovative ways to share the gospel of Jesus Christ with the world. They are literally working in His kingdom.

- Must be a current temple-worthy member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated (within last year) from a relevant undergraduate or graduate program
- Strong interest in instructional design, learning & development, or organizational development

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Familiarity with instructional design principles or e-learning platforms is a plus
Internship Details:
- 28 hours/week for approximately 12 months
- Hybrid schedule: Mon-Wed in office, Thurs-Fri remote
- Standard office hours: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
- Pay Rate: $23/hour
- Design Learning Content:
Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify needs and help build engaging, effective instructional materials. - Support Learning Operations:
Assist in organizing resources, managing content updates, and ensuring accessibility across platforms. - Leverage Technology:
Explore and support e-learning tools and platforms that improve the learning experience. - Work Cross-Functionally:
Partner with internal teams to align instructional materials with organizational goals and service initiatives. - Evaluate and Improve:
Help collect feedback, analyze data, and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programs.
