How Youโ€™ll Make an Impact:
As the VBSPCA Humane Education Coordinator, you are part of an enthusiastic, professional and mission-driven team. You will coordinate humane education programs and initiatives to further the VBSPCA mission, engage young audiences, promote responsible pet ownership, and teach the community how to interact with animals in a compassionate and considerate way. Youโ€™ll work closely with the Chief Advancement Officer in identifying and participating in youth activities, literacy programs, and online/digital educational experiences.

The ideal candidate is a creative detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for animal welfare, strong organizational skills, and the ability to build meaningful relationships with youth, volunteers, and community stakeholders. You will have the ability to work collaboratively with several internal and external partners, coordinate program initiatives, and engage with compassionate kids.
