Shift available: Part time on 7p-7a

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at Aviata at the Sea - Harbor Beach, a leading provider of healthcare services in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Aviata Health Group, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional, person-centered care to our patients.

About the Role:

As a Registered Nurse (RN) with Aviata at the Sea - Harbor Beach, you will be responsible for:

• Supervising staff and overseeing patient care in accordance with standards of care and practice and applicable state/federal regulations
• Following established facility policies and procedures while providing and coordinating resident care with other facility personnel
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants during shift, including assigning and distributing work, performance management, training new staff, and ensuring work is being performed according to facility standards
• Other duties as assigned
