A successful and growing property management company that owns and operates premier apartment communities throughout the Southeast is seeking a full-time, fully on-site HR Assistant to support our HR Director at our corporate office. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting approximately 300 employees across our regional portfolio by handling benefits administration, recruitment onboarding, and industry compliance. Job Summary
The HR Assistant directly supports the HR Director with daily personnel operations for a successful, growing property management company that owns and operates apartment communities throughout the Southeast. Supporting a workforce of approximately 300 employees, this role balances standard administrative duties with benefits support, regional compliance tracking, and recruitment administration. 

Schedule & Location
  • Type: Full-time, 100% fully on-site.
  • Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

  • Pay Rate: Hourly rate is competitive and Dependent on Experience (DOE).

Key Responsibilities

Director Support & Administrative Management
  • Provide direct administrative support to the HR Director on daily tasks and special projects.
  • Maintain digital files and employee records in the Human Resources Information System (ADP).
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Prepare HR reports for the HR Director on regional turnover rates, training completion, and open positions.
  • Perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the HR Director to support evolving business needs.
