Job Summary and Responsibilities
The incumbent demonstrates competency in physical therapy for pediatric, adult, and/or geriatric patients. The incumbent provides patient assessments, develops and implements individual patient treatment programs, provides therapeutic interventions utilizing current and effective methodologies, and maintains effective documentation.
As our Physical Therapist, you will help patients rebuild or maintain their physical wellbeing so they can function at their best level, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Every day you will perform initial evaluations, develop and update individualized plans of care, and provide a variety of direct treatments. You will be expected to consistently meet patient care productivity standards, collaborate with the interdisciplinary team and families, and promote a positive customer service environment. To be successful in this role, you must possess strong age-appropriate competency skills, excellent communication abilities, and a collaborative, patient-centered approach to care.
Job Requirements
  • Completed an accredited physical Therapy degree program and be board eligible and able to obtain CA PT license within 6 months or have already obtained a CA PT License and Previous experience as a PhysicalTherapist or Physical Therapist student/intern.
  • Physical Therapist: CA, within six (6) months.
  • Basic Life Support from American Heart Association.
