The Opportunity


Are you looking to break into the high-growth telecommunications industry? We are seeking a motivated Installer to support our field crews in the installation and maintenance of cutting-edge RF equipment. This is an entry-level earn-while-you-learn role designed for someone who is hands-on, reliable, and ready to build a career in technical infrastructure.


What Youโ€™ll Do

  • Support the Techs: Assist lead technicians with the installation of antennas, radios, cables, and mounting hardware.
  • Handle the Gear: Transport and stage tools and materials; maintain a clean and organized warehouse, vehicle, and job site.
  • Hands-On Tasks: Perform cable preparation, grounding, labeling, and basic hardware mounting.
  • Documentation: Support the team with photo documentation and inventory tracking to ensure project accuracy.
  • Safety First: Strictly follow all safety procedures, including the use of PPE and fall protection protocols.

Who You Are

  • Flexible: Some weeks youโ€™ll be working at a local job site, but most weeks youโ€™ll be traveling to sites in our market area across New York, northern New Jersey, Connecticut, and Massachusetts.
  • Hands On: Most of our work is on active construction sites as buildings are erected. Youโ€™ll be working as part of a small team to install and test our systems.
  • A Quick Learner: You have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and a strong mechanical aptitude.
  • Ready for the Field: You are comfortable working outdoors and aren't afraid of heights.
  • Physically Capable: Able to lift 50+ lbs and handle the physical demands of a job site.
  • Accountable: You have a valid driverโ€™s license, a clean driving record, and a reputation for being honest and ethical.
  • A Self-Starter: You use your time wisely, follow instructions clearly, and take pride in a job well done.
