Responsibilities
  • Manage compensation administration, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis
  • Support and lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for professional and management-level roles
  • Partner with leaders on organizational and talent initiatives
  • Develop and enhance employee engagement programs
