Human Resources Specialist
Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting and managing core HR functions, ensuring efficient operations and a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related questions from employees and managers.
  • Oversee recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Maintain employee records.
  • Support payroll processing and benefits administration.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate employee training, performance reviews, and development initiatives.
  • Promote company culture, employee engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Support management with employee relations and performance management.

Requirements
Qualifications
