Quality Services Moving is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Payroll and Human Resources Administrator to join our team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our employees and daily operations by ensuring payroll is processed accurately, HR records remain compliant, and administrative processes run smoothly.

What You'll Do

Payroll Administration

  • Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on schedule
  • Review, verify, and enter employee time records
  • Audit payroll data and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation
  • Assist employees with payroll-related questions
  • Ensure compliance with payroll policies and procedures
  • Handle sensitive employee information with discretion and professionalism

Human Resources Administration

  • Coordinate pre-employment screenings, background checks, and motor vehicle reports
  • Assist with onboarding and new hire paperwork
  • Maintain employee personnel files and HR documentation
  • Process employment verifications and unemployment claims
  • Support employee benefit administration and enrollment activities
  • Help ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
  • Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative HR support
  • Assist with various HR projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in payroll, human resources, accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
