We’re looking for a dynamic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations at our fast-paced optical/eyewear distribution center in Denver.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll partner closely with operations to drive people strategy, ensure compliance, and foster a strong, engaged workplace culture in a logistics-driven environment.

What You’ll Do

As our HR leader on-site, you will:

  1. Lead Talent & Workforce Planning
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles
  • Partner with leaders to forecast staffing needs
  • Oversee onboarding to ensure strong employee integration
  1. Drive Employee Relations & Culture
  • Manage employee relations with professionalism and integrity
  • Support performance improvement and conflict resolution
  • Foster a culture of accountability, respect, and continuous improvement
  1. Ensure Compliance & Risk Management
  • Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
  • Lead workplace investigations and maintain HR records
  • Serve as a key liaison with global HQ
  1. Own Leave & Benefits Administration
  • Manage FMLA, ADA, USERRA, and other leave programs
  • Guide employees and managers through leave processes
  • Oversee benefits and support employee understanding
  1. Lead Performance & Development
  • Drive performance review processes
  • Coach managers on feedback and development
  • Implement training programs to support growth
  1. Oversee Payroll & Compensation
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance
  • Support compensation strategy and market competitiveness
  • Partner on budgeting and workforce planning
  1. Use Data to Drive Decisions

What We’re Looking For

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (required)
  • 5–8+ years of progressive HR experience (distribution, logistics, or manufacturing preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
  • Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with HRIS systems (ADP TotalSource, SAP preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
