About the Role
At THE HR SOURCE, we keep organizations running smoothly and efficiently. We're seeking an energetic, detail-driven HR & Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this versatile role, you'll support daily operations across HR, payroll, invoicing, and executive support.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & HR Support
  • Prepare and process new hire onboarding packages andconduct onboardingorientations.
  • Manage employee records in the ATS and handle payrollhandoffs.
  • Administer benefits enrollment, track PTO, andresolve basic employee inquiries.
Payroll & Invoicing
  • Coordinate weekly payroll, collect timesheets,resolve pay discrepancies, report time to payroll vendor.
  • Generate and issue client invoices accuratelyand maintain updated billing records.
Operations & Executive Support
  • Assist talent acquisition with candidate and clientcommunications.
  • Coordinate employee engagement programs, internalevents (e.g., DisruptHR), and office administrative needs.
  • Provide direct administrative and operational supportto the CEO on key strategic initiatives.
What You Bring
  • Tech & Software Skills: Strong proficiencyin Microsoft Word and Excel, plus familiarity with Applicant TrackingSystems (ATS).
  • HR & Operations Experience: Hands-onexperience with payroll coordination, client invoicing/billing, and basicbenefits administration.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional organization,high attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communicationskills.
