For nearly two decades, RSM students have consistently achieved remarkable scores on standardized tests and in national and international math competitions, although attaining top test scores is just one of the benefits of our program. HR Operations Lead will be part of a collaborative team and will focus on making our HR systems and processes even more useful. Weโ€™re looking for someone whoโ€™s curious, detail- oriented and enjoys understanding systems and their connections, improving processes, or turning data into insights.



What youโ€™ll do:


  • Become an expert in our HRIS and keep them up-to-date and running smoothly, including eforms, workflows, permissions, security roles, dashboard and system update.
  • Identify and implement ways to improve how employees interact with HR technology, making processes easier and more intuitive.
  • Become familiar with RSM human resources policies, applicable laws, standards and regulations to implement supporting procedures.
  • Create ways for employees to easily interact with applicable policies.
  • Maintain data integrity in employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers or promotions, using human resources management system software.
  • Generate and maintain HR reports and dashboards to support mandatory filings such as
  • Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), operational decision-making and compliance tracking.
  • Partner with technology vendors on tickets, system updates, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Work on ongoing opportunities to fine-tune workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Support ongoing HR operational initiatives and continuous improvement projects as the organization grows.



Your qualifications:


  • Youโ€™ve worked with HR systems (currently we are using UKG Ready).
  • Youโ€™re detail-oriented and curious about how systems can improve employee experience.
  • You know your way around data and reporting tools.
  • Youโ€™re proactive, finding ways to make things better.


  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and 2 years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS administration or Masterโ€™s Degree and 1 years of experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience administering HRIS.
  • Experience supporting HR operations in a multi-site or fast-growing organization preferred.
  • Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR compliance and HR data management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills.
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
