Human Resources Manager

As the Human Resources Manager, you'll have the opportunity to make a difference throughout the employee lifecycle; from recruiting and onboarding to performance management, benefits, employee relations, and beyond. You'll partners with leaders across TELCOR to support employees through challenging situations, help strengthen our HR programs, and ensure TELCOR continues to meet its legal and regulatory responsibilities.

What You'll Do
As an important member of the TELCOR HR Team, you will:
  • Serve as a trusted HR resource for employees and managers, providing them guidance on everything from day to day questions to complex employee relations matters
  • Support the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, retention, and employee exits
  • Support our employee leave programs, ensuring employees receive appropriate support and guidance while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and company policies
  • Partner with managers on employee performance, coaching, and other workplace activities
  • Support our Payroll team to ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Provide insight to our benefits programs, making recommendations when appropriate
  • Partner with brokers and insurance carriers to resolve issues and administer employee benefits programs
  • Prepare required government and regulatory reporting
  • Develop, review, and improve HR policy and procedures
  • Create, maintain, and update job descriptions and other HR reference materials
  • Stay current on employment laws and regulations
  • Provide general HR support and contribute to special projects and initiatives that improve the employee experience
  • Continue to develop your HR expertise and complete your SHRM certification if not already completed

We're looking for an exceptional HR professional with knowledge of HR practices and employment regulations, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to build trust with others. The ideal candidate will have sound judgment, attention to detail, discretion, and not be technology challenged. A bachelor's degree or commensurate experience is preferred.
