The goal is to prepare them for future roles as HR specialists or managers by providing practical experience and mentorship. Trainees often participate in structured development programs and receive ongoing feedback to build their skills. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals interested in pursuing a career in human resources.

Trainees often rotate through different HR functions—including benefits administration, compliance, and performance management—to gain a well-rounded understanding of the field. This exposure not only builds foundational skills but also helps identify areas of interest for future specialization.
