Position Summary:
The Human Resources Intern will support daily HR operations and gain hands-on experience in core HR functions, including onboarding, recruiting, employee records management, and training support. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate looking to build foundational HR skills in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist with new hire onboarding and orientation, including preparing materials and supporting the onboarding process
  • Maintain and organize employee and temporary employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support recruiting efforts, including job postings, candidate coordination, and interview scheduling
  • Help track and maintain HR metrics, such as attendance, turnover, and hiring data
  • Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and recordkeeping
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR team
  • Participate in special projects and additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
