As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic and inclusive workplace aligned with the evolving market landscape. Your responsibilities encompass strategically managing talent to ensure organizational agility and competitiveness. Collaborating closely with HR and operational leaders, you will contribute to informed decision-making and effective HR practices. This position entails overseeing the full scope of employee life-cycle generalist duties for your aligned ProMach Division(s), where your strong HR aptitude will drive and implement successful people initiatives at the divisional and corporate levels.

  • Partner with division leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business objectives, organizational growth, and operational priorities.
  • Lead talent management efforts, including workforce planning, succession planning, leadership development, bench-strength building, and high-potential employee development.
  • Guide leaders on recruiting strategy, candidate assessment, compensation recommendations, and selection processes, including serving as a subject matter expert on WHO methodology.
  • Develop and implement retention, engagement, and performance improvement strategies while coaching leaders on employee performance, accountability, and talent optimization.
  • Lead employee relations activities, including investigations, conflict resolution, policy interpretation, and consultation with internal and external resources.
  • Support employee experience initiatives through communication, employee events, team-building activities, benefits administration, and employee support programs.
  • Manage organizational change initiatives, including acquisitions, integration activities, policy implementation, process improvements, technology adoption, and automation efforts.
  • Partner with Corporate HR to administer compensation, bonus, commission, and talent programs while ensuring consistent application of company policies and practices.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment, labor, and safety regulations while maintaining current policies, training programs, and workplace standards.
  • Partner with Corporate EHS and business leaders to promote a culture of safety, support safety programs and training, investigate root causes of incidents, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on supporting multiple business units
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Advanced communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills; comfortable facilitating group meetings with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in design and implementation of training programs
  • Ability to accurately diagnose organizational needs and use political awareness to gain support through the development of a clear strategy and goals
  • Track record of creating and executing effective sourcing and onboarding strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time for division meetings and department conferences
