We are seeking a Technical Supervisor with a positive attitude who will engage with the team to support a strong positive culture. This leadership position oversees the technical staff (CVTs and assistants) while also being an active participant on the floor, and collaborates with Practice Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Owners to create and maintain high performance, quality care, and positive culture within the hospital. Some responsibilities include: participating in interviewing amp; hiring, training, performance reviews, inventory, and helping shape new policies and procedures. Strong communication skills and accessibility to the team are critical for success. Candidates must have attention to detail, an ability to think critically amp; independently to solve problems, and be willing to take the initiative when met with challenges. Ideal candidates have demonstrated leadership ability and the capability to organize work efficiently, set priorities and establish plans or timetables for achieving goals. Technical Supervisor Job Description

The Technical Supervisor plays an extremely important role in team support amp; development and the execution of excellent patient comfort amp; care and overall hospital function. The technical supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring a smooth flow on the clinic floor and is a strong role model of the organizationโ€™s culture, mission and values. The person in this role has a highly visible presence in the hospital and is accessible to the team. In addition to the general job expectations of every employee, the Technical Supervisor is expected to perform the job duties listed below. This is not considered an โ€œall inclusiveโ€ list but rather a set of guidelines. The Technical Supervisor may be asked to perform other tasks on occasion.
