Job description

You will serve as a LEAD HUMAN RESOURCE SPECIALIST in the HUMAN RESOURCES DEPARTMENT(HRD) of DDHBAP ASIA PACIFIC CENTER FOR SECURITY STUDIES.Qualifications:Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Advising management on recruitment strategies, advanced leave accrual, superior qualifications and PCS entitlements; utilizing regulations to review resumes for qualifications, provide classification advisories and classify position descriptions, and provide benefits advisories.
