Human Resource Specialist

We are currently seeking a Human Resource Specialistto join our team. In this role, you willalign resources and services to deliver customized HR service solutions that result in improved performance management and positively impact our clients' business. In addition, you will collaborate with client management and key decision makers to build meaningful relationships and provide guidance as a trusted HR business partner.

Here's what you'll do:

  • Manage a book of business by consistently contributing to clients' overall success and growth.

  • Collaboratewith client management and key decision makers on alignment of HR business strategy and goals.

  • Consult with client management and key decision makers on HR-related issues, suggest new HR strategies and provide HR guidance when appropriate.

  • Evaluate and anticipate HR-related needs and strategize with client management and key decision makers.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • Bachelor'sdegree inhumanresources,businessadministration orrelated field,or equivalent work experience.

  • 2-5years'humanresources experience.

  • Humanresources certification preferred.
