The Human Resources Coordinator provides administrative and operational support across all areas of Human Resources, including talent acquisition, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, compliance, training coordination, HRIS management, and employee support.

This role serves as a key point of contact for employees and managers while ensuring HR processes are executed accurately, timely, and in compliance with company policies and employment regulations.

What You'll Do

As our Human Resources Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting all aspects of HR, including:

  • Recruiting and onboarding new team members
  • Coordinating interviews, offers, background checks, and orientation
  • Supporting employee benefits and open enrollment
  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems (Paycom)
  • Assisting employees with HR-related questions and requests
  • Tracking training, certifications, and compliance requirements
  • Supporting performance review and employee development processes
  • Assisting with workers' compensation and safety administration
  • Running HR reports and helping maintain accurate employee data

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of HR, recruiting, benefits, payroll, or administrative experience
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • High level of professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience with HRIS systems; Paycom experience is a plus

Construction, field-service, or multi-location experience is a bonus
