Human Resource Coordinator
Location: Rochester, MN
  Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:
Alliance Workforce is seeking a Human Resource Coordinator to support HR operations at our plant location and managed services accounts. This role plays a key part in recruiting, onboarding, payroll processing, employee relations, and maintaining accurate HR records. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes
  • Track candidate progress in HRIS and maintain communication throughout the hiring cycle
  • Actively source candidates through online platforms, referrals, and job boards
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate next steps with hiring managers
  • Support employee relations, addressing issues or escalating as necessary
  • Assist in employee recognition programs and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate HR, payroll, and compliance records
  • Process payroll and support related audits
  • Handle I-9 verification, background checks, and personnel file maintenance
  • Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR projects as needed
  • Process and manage expense reports and receipts in Concur
  • Provide outstanding customer service to employees and management
Requirements & Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service abilities
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, practices, and compliance
