In this role, you will work with and support human resources bringing challenge and perspective to the business agenda, particularly ensuring the development of the talent, performance enablement, and leadership.

What you will be doing:

  • Support the business teams in managing key HR processes to support the business, bringing HR insights to the process
  • Coach the business leadership teams in handling sensitive or complex HR issues, contract administration, and in their own personal development including meeting Rolls-Royce leadership expectations
  • Provide effective employee relations adhering to our company policies and code of conduct and conduct investigations as required
  • Coach and develop managers in the region to develop people strategies that align to the business needs and their short, medium and long-term business goals

Basic Requirements:

  • Associate degree with 4+ years of experience in human resources, OR
  • Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of experience in human resources, OR
  • Master's degree, OR
  • JD/PhD, OR
  • 6+ years of human resources experience in lieu of a degree
  • In order to be eligible for consideration, you must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident

Preferred Requirements:

  • Labor relations and operations experience
  • Global HR experience
  • Policy development / implementation
  • Strong written communication and project management skills
