Job description

Position Summary

The Entry-Level Human Resources Generalist supports the HR department in executing core human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits support, and HR administration. This role is ideal for an early-career HR professional looking to build foundational experience while contributing to a positive and compliant workplace environment.


Key Responsibilities

Employee Support

  • Serve as a first point of contact for basic employee questions regarding policies, procedures, and benefits
  • Provide administrative support for employee relations matters and maintain confidentiality
  • Assist with promoting a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Assist with job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, including preparing new hire paperwork and orientation sessions
  • Ensure completion of new hire documentation and compliance requirements

HR Administration

  • Maintain employee records and ensure accuracy in HRIS systems
  • Assist with data entry, filing, and recordkeeping in compliance with company policies and legal requirements
  • Support payroll processing by providing accurate employee data and updates


enefits Support

  • Assist employees with basic benefits inquiries and enrollment processes
  • Coordinate benefits documentation and communicate with benefits vendors as needed

Performance & Training Support
