Job description

The Administrative & Human Resource Associate is a mid-level operations professional responsible for strengthening internal structure, improving HR discipline, and ensuring administrative excellence across the organization.

This role supports executive leadership and department heads by driving consistency in HR processes, documentation, onboarding, compliance tracking, internal communications, and workforce coordination.

The ideal candidate is structured, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced professional services environment where accountability, discretion, and follow-through are critical.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Operations

  • Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate benefits administration and employee inquiries.

  • Track PTO, time reporting, and workforce documentation accuracy.

  • Support performance review cycles and documentation tracking.

  • Assist with employee relations documentation and internal issue tracking.

  • Ensure HR policies are updated, documented, and acknowledged.

Administrative & Executive Support

  • Support leadership with scheduling, documentation preparation, and follow-ups.

  • Coordinate internal meetings, team communications, and documentation.

  • Prepare internal reports, dashboards, and workforce summaries.

  • Maintain organized digital filing systems and operational documentation.

  • Support proposal teams with administrative coordination when required.

Compliance & Process Control

  • Maintain compliance documentation for public sector and enterprise clients.

  • Track certifications, background checks, and required workforce credentials.

  • Support audit preparation and document readiness.

  • Improve and standardize internal workflows and SOPs.

Organizational Discipline & Follow-Through

  • Monitor action items across departments to ensure execution.

  • Track deliverables and deadlines across HR and administrative workflows.

  • Help drive accountability and operational consistency.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 4–7 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.

  • Experience in professional services, consulting, technology, or public sector environments preferred.

  • Strong documentation, organization, and record-keeping skills.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and workforce tracking tools.

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without losing attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting growing organizations
