Hartung Glass Industries is on the hunt for a fantastic HR Administrator for our Pueblo Facility! The HR Admin provides day-to-day support to employees, supervisors, and plant leadership while assisting with HR and administrative operations. This position serves as a key point of contact for employee questions and helps ensure HR processes, records, and workplace operations run smoothly. Key Responsibilities

  • Support employee onboarding, orientation, personnel records, I-9s, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Assist employees and supervisors with routine questions regarding company policies, attendance, timekeeping, benefits, PTO, and other HR-related matters.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and assist with HR reporting, audits, and compliance activities.
  • Assist with benefits administration, employee changes, leave documentation, and other routine HR processes.
  • Coordinate office supplies, mail, deliveries, vendors, meetings, and other day-to-day workplace needs.
  • Support employee communications, company events, recognition activities, training coordination, and other plant initiatives.
  • Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming workplace while providing administrative support to plant leadership.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

What You Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree highly preferred preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, administrative support, office operations, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and customer-service skills.
