Job Description
The ideal candidate must have a military HR background. The role serves as a Senior Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Advisor for U.S. Cyber Command, executing duties with a high degree of autonomy and requiring little to no supervision.
This role leads strategic workforce planning, enterprise recruiting programs, and data-driven human resources initiatives. The role also collaborates with executive leadership, legal counsel, and cross-functional stakeholders to optimize personnel readiness, implement talent acquisition platforms, and independently align workforce capabilities with mission-critical cyber objectives.
Qualifications:
- Military HR background
- Knowledge of military personnel systems
