Personal Training Manager Job Description:
Our Personal Training Managers lead a team of Personal Trainers that provide customized fitness programs to our members while educating and guiding them on proper nutrition, cardiovascular exercise, resistance training and attaining a healthier lifestyle. Personal Training Managers pair clients with the right personal trainer to be motivated, educated, and held accountable while working towards their fitness goals. By definition, a personal trainer is a fitness professional possessing the knowledge, skills and abilities for safe and effective exercise and fitness program design, instruction and assistance for the purpose of reaching personal health and fitness goals. This career path has a much higher profile than ever before and we are committed to assisting our dedicated and driven staff members in the development of their skills and professional growth.
Sales skills and development
Primary focus of a Personal Training Manager at Crunch is drive the business through complimentary member orientations. In these sessions, the Personal Training Manager is able to demonstrate the importance of working with fitness professional to help reach their goals. Must have at least 6-months of sales experience.
Business related duties are:
  • Selling fitness programs
  • Manage retention and attrition
  • Set tangible goals for trainers
  • Manage training and non-training hours.
  • Run team meetings and state of the business meetings.

Training duties and responsibilities
At Crunch, you are a part of an elite team of trainers and front desk staff that focus on providing a knowledgeable, clean and fun workout environment. Duties as a Crunch trainer are:
  • Developing workout programs for clientele to help get them to their goals
  • Involvement in revenue generating activities, including but not limited to: complimentary workouts, supplement booths, body scans, seminars, and workshops
  • Provide nutritional recommendations and support
  • Attend team and individual development meeting in regards to business and programing
  • Managing client billing and programs
  • Small group and Class-ic training sessions
  • Conducting new member orientations
  • Meeting work related goals
