Job description


RFA Clinical Adoption Manager
Drive adoption, utilization, and growth of Hologic's RFA portfolio by helping physicians identify more patients, build successful fibroid treatment programs, and deliver exceptional patient outcomes through consistent clinical and commercial partnership.
Position Summary
The RFA Clinical Adoption Manager is responsible for accelerating physician adoption, procedural utilization, and long-term program growth for Hologic's Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA) portfolio, including Sonata and Acessa.
Working in partnership with the Account Executive, the RFA Clinical Adoption Manager serves as a clinical and commercial resource to physicians, office staff, and health system stakeholders to drive patient identification, referral development, physician confidence, and procedural volume growth.
This role combines strong clinical acumen with consultative selling skills to help physicians and facilities build sustainable fibroid treatment programs that improve patient access and maximize utilization of Hologic technologies.
Success is measured by procedural volume growth, physician engagement, referral network development, and disposable revenue growth within assigned markets.
Key Responsibilities
Utilization Growth
  • Work with Account Executive (AE) to develop and execute account-specific adoption and growth plans.
  • Identify barriers to procedural growth and implement action plans.
  • Monitor utilization trends and recommend growth strategies.
  • Support reactivation of dormant physicians and underutilized programs.
  • Partner with AE to maximize procedural growth within existing accounts.

Clinical Adoption & Physician Development
  • Drive physician adoption and utilization of Sonata and Acessa.
  • Support physicians in patient selection and treatment planning.
  • Facilitate clinical education activities.
  • Assist physicians in progressing from initial training to routine utilization.
  • Serve as a clinical resource to physicians and office staff.

Strategic Account Management
  • Maintain routine engagement with strategic physicians and accounts.
  • Support AE to provide ongoing training for office staff on screening and workflow best practices.
  • Work with AE and Market Development team to
  • Drive referral pathways between referring physicians and treating physicians.
  • Expand awareness of fibroid treatment options within local markets.
  • Support patient education initiatives and community outreach efforts.
  • Collaborate with hospital administrators, service line leaders, and practice managers.
  • Participate in territory planning and account strategy development.
  • Provide market intelligence and growth recommendations.
  • Support physician training programs and customer education initiatives.

Qualifications
Required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of medical device sales, clinical support, healthcare consulting, ultrasound, women's health, or related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence physician behavior and drive adoption.
  • Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within assigned geography.

Preferred
  • Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS) or equivalent certification.
  • Experience in OB/GYN, women's health, ultrasound, or minimally invasive procedures.
  • Experience reviewing gynecologic ultrasound imaging.
  • Medical device sales or physician practice development experience.
  • Clinical training and physician education experience.

The total compensation range for this role is $120,000 - 150,000. This role is commission and bonus eligible based on territory and performance
