Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/UI Product Designer to design intuitive, accessible, and scalable digital experiences for Life Sciences organizations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in user-centered design, UX research, interaction design, design systems, accessibility, and enterprise product development. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to create digital solutions that improve user experience, drive adoption, and support business objectives across commercial, medical, clinical, regulatory, patient, and enterprise functions.

Key Responsibilities

UX Strategy & Research

Conduct user research, stakeholder interviews, usability studies, surveys, and task analysis to understand user needs and business goals.

Translate research findings into actionable design recommendations.

Create personas, user journeys, service blueprints, information architecture, and user flows.

Design wireframes and validate concepts through usability testing and iterative feedback.

Apply data-driven design methodologies to improve user adoption, productivity, and business outcomes.

UI Design & Prototyping

Design responsive, mobile-first, and cross-platform experiences for web and mobile applications.

Create low-fidelity wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, interactive prototypes, and interaction specifications.

Build and maintain scalable design systems, reusable UI components, and design standards using Figma.

Ensure visual consistency and seamless user experiences across enterprise digital products.

Partner with engineering teams to ensure accurate implementation of designs.

Accessibility & Inclusive Design

Champion accessibility and inclusive design across all digital products.

Ensure compliance with industry accessibility standards, including:

Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Engineers, QA teams, SMEs, and business stakeholders.

Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

Support design handoffs with detailed specifications and design documentation.

Continuously improve products through experimentation, usability testing, analytics, and customer feedback.

Mentor junior designers and contribute to UX best practices and design governance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor''''''''''''''''s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Human Factors, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.

6+ years of experience in UX/UI Design, Product Design, or Digital Experience Design.

Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design across enterprise applications.

Expertise in:

Advanced proficiency in Figma.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
