Job description

Title: UX Designer

Location: Washington, DC

Duration: 6+ Months Long Term

Hybrid Onsite: 4 days per week from Day 1, with a full transition to 100% onsite anticipated soon.

Main skills :

  • Looking for a hands-on designer.
  • Interaction designs skills are a must have.
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).
  • Visual design, research skills are optional/nice to have.

Must Have Skills:

  • Hands-on interaction design and rapid prototyping skills. Good micro-interaction and detailed scenario-specific mock up creation must have skills.
  • Ability to understand high-level requirements and clarify detailed requirements as part of an iterative design process.
  • Experience designing for Salesforce Lightning and familiarity with the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS).

Primary responsibilities:
Managing multiple projects from a UX perspective, being responsible for adherence to standards, for the timely and quality delivery of artifacts.

Tools: Figma. The more proficient, the better but minimum Figma skills is mandatory.

Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), UX Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
