Recruiting for this role ends 09/30/2026.
As a Manager and Client Experience / Human-AI Interaction Designer within our Finance Transformation Tech Enablement team, you will lead platform and experience design for the Finance Operate Platform-translating complex agentic AI capabilities into intuitive, trust-building interfaces. You will design dashboards, exception flows, human-in-the-loop interaction patterns, and demo environments that drive adoption of the Offering delivery portal.
Work You Will Do
Platform Experience Design
• Lead end-to-end UX and interaction design for Offering delivery portal and Finance Operate Platform interfaces, including practitioner dashboards, exception management flows, SLA visualizations, and client governance views.
• Design human-in-the-loop interaction patterns for AI/agentic workflows, ensuring automated actions are transparent, explainable, and easy to review and approve.
• Develop and maintain design standards, component libraries, and UX guidelines for the Finance Operate Platform.
• Partner with the AI/Automation Architect and Solution Architect to translate technical capabilities into user-centered designs.
Demo & Client Engagement
• Lead the design and execution of platform demos for client engagement, including demo environments, narrative flows, and visual prototypes.
• Partner with business development and offering leadership to design compelling visual stories around platform capabilities and accelerator value propositions.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from client-facing demos and live engagements to continuously improve the platform experience.
Stakeholder Collaboration
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, and Process teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and aligned with delivery realities.
• Facilitate design workshops and reviews with internal and external stakeholders.

• Stay current on emerging trends in AI-native UX, conversational interfaces, and human-in-the-loop design patterns.
• Evaluate and recommend UX/UI tools and prototyping platforms appropriate for the Finance Operate context.
The team
Our Finance Operate offering provides ongoing operation of the Finance function as an extension of Deloitte's Finance Transformation Advise and Implement offering portfolio. The team works across finance strategy, process, operations, and technology to help organizations enable scalable finance outcomes. Professionals in this practice support delivery in complex environments while helping clients advance modernization across Finance Operate capabilities.
Qualifications
Required

• 6+ years of experience in UX/product design, interaction design, or digital experience roles, with demonstrated ownership of complex enterprise products.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated experience designing enterprise dashboards, workflow interfaces, or data-intensive applications.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills; ability to present and defend design decisions to senior stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating within cross-functional technology delivery teams.
• Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred
