  • Data Enablement: Help HR product families, enterprise partners, and downstream consumers understand and use employee and organizational data effectively, enabling better reporting, integrations, product experiences, workforce insights, and business outcomes.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Own HR Product Strategy: Define and lead the strategy for employee and organizational data, shared Oracle HCM experiences, security requirements, and foundational capabilities that support HR products and operations.
  • Drive Discovery & Insights: Guide discovery efforts by collecting feedback and data to gain insight, evaluate potential solutions, and prioritize key areas of the platform.

  • Shape Roadmap & Delivery: Translate HR data and platform experience priorities into a clear roadmap of scoped, value-driven improvements in partnership with delivery and technology teams.

  • Measure & Optimize: Track platform performance and data quality, make data-driven decisions, and continuously evolve the platform to meet enterprise needs.
  • Influence Across Boundaries: Partner with Finance, IT, Enterprise Data & Analytics, and global HR stakeholders to represent HR needs and align on shared platform impacts.
  • Mentor & Shape Culture: Support and mentor other product managers, sharing best practices to build and foster a strong, high-performing product culture.
