ADP is looking for a motivated Human Capital Management Consultant to drive business growth and client success in San Antonio, Texas. This is a high-impact role for a results-oriented professional with a passion for building relationships and exceeding targets.

About the Role

In this Human Capital Management Consultant role at ADP, you will develop and manage client relationships, identify new business opportunities, and deliver revenue growth across ADP’s Texas territory. You will represent ADP’s products and services with professionalism and expertise.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform core duties associated with the Human Capital Management Consultant role to the highest professional standard
  • Collaborate effectively with team members, managers, and stakeholders in San Antonio, Texas
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational efficiency goals
  • Communicate clearly and proactively with supervisors regarding progress, challenges, and outcomes
  • Represent ADP professionally in all client, customer, or public interactions
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven track record in sales or account management, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, and excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Previous experience in a similar Human Capital Management Consultant role is preferred
  • Relevant certifications or licences as required for the position
