What Your Day Looks Like
- Walk established vibration routes across motors, pumps, gearboxes, fans, and compressors—capturing data with industry-standard tools and analyzing trends to flag developing faults.
- Diagnose issues through vibration analysis, condition monitoring, and troubleshooting techniques; translate findings into clear, actionable insights.
- Support motor control systems, including VFDs and soft starters, to resolve performance anomalies and reduce unplanned downtime.
- Prepare crisp, decision-ready reliability reports that recommend corrective actions and prioritize repairs.
- Partner with maintenance, engineering, and operations to optimize rotating equipment performance and extend asset life.
What You Bring
- ISO or ASNT Vibration Analysis Certification — CAT II (required); CAT III experience welcomed.
- 2+ years working in vibration analysis, equipment reliability, or rotating equipment maintenance.
- Hands-on understanding of motor controls, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems.
- Experience with vibration software/platforms (CSI/Emerson).
Physical & Work Environment
- Comfort working in industrial plant settings around rotating machinery.
- Ability to lift 40+ lbs., climb ladders, and access equipment safely.
- Willing and able to travel, including overnight trips.
