What you can expect:
Coordinate, manage, and support Hugo Boss Retail, Wholesale, and Ecommerce business. Directly supervise the North, Central, South America (NCSA) projects and support teams. Exhibit hands-on expertise in problem solutions and participate in test management, knowledge management, and knowledge transfer. Manage all SAP and Non-SAP IT Applications in North, Central, and South America region. Manage a team of IT Project Managers; Architecture, Technical, and Functional Developers; and Consultants. Collaborate and advise C-Suite leadership team on strategic technical and business initiative, escalating and managing risk in a timely manner. Lead projects and enhancements in SAP modules and integrations between these systems. Provide customer service-focused production support and analysis for the region, including supporting Retail, Wholesale, Warehouse, Sales & Distribution, Shipping and Logistics, EDI, and Finance/Accounting applications to ensure the system process/flows for various business channels operate appropriately, perform stakeholder management and issue analysis, develop solution options for new business requirements, orchestrate service activities, perform root cause analysis, and handle escalations and preparation of documentation (Knowledge Base articles). Your profile:
Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field plus five (5) years of experience in the position offered, as an IT Director, Transformation Manager, or a related position. Must have five (5) years of experience with all of the following: Hands-on support of two or more of the following SAP modules: SAP IS-Retail, SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), SAP Apparel & Footwear Solutions (AFS), Order Management, SAP Process Orchestration (PI/ PO), SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), SAP S/4 HANA, EDI business processes, and workflows; IT service management in IT operations, orchestrating service activities and conducting analysis of daily problems for trends, identifying potential risks and developing, communicating, and implementing mitigation plans to minimize risk; Performing integrations between SAP ECC and the following: SAP Finance and Controlling (FICO), SAP Business Warehouse (BW), and SAP Customer Activity Repository (CAR); and SAP PI/ PO technical experience in integrations between SAP and Non-SAP applications using SeeBurger EDI, IDoc, ALE, RFC, CIF, XML, and CSV. Must include two (2) years of experience with all of the following: Supporting SAP and Non-SAP IT Applications at Director level or above, interacting with C-suite executives, presenting and advising on strategic IT and business initiatives; and Enterprise architecture, providing architectural advice and direction to technical and business teams. Must have performed three (3) full-cycle SAP ECC implementations.

The expected base pay range for this position is from $208,000 - $208,000 per year. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
