Our KSA Geo Zone Finance Leader will serve as the strategic finance partner for the OFSE KSA Geo Zones, providing financial leadership, operational insight, and commercial support across the region. Based in KSA, this role reports directly to the OFSE Geo Zones Executive Finance Leader and plays a critical role in driving financial performance, supporting business growth, and ensuring alignment with global OFSE priorities.

As Commercial Finance Leader within Baker Hughes Inspection business, you will be responsible for:

  • Leading financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the OFSE Geo Zone
  • Providing financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making and resource allocation
  • Supporting regional commercial teams with pricing strategies, deal reviews, and margin analysis
  • Collaborating with operations, supply chain, and functional teams to drive cost control and productivity
  • Aligning regional finance activities with global OFSE standards and segment priorities
  • Leading and develop a high-performing regional finance team
  • Supporting talent development and succession planning within the Geo Zone Finance organization

  • Have bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field (MBA or CPA preferred)
  • Have 10+ years of progressive experience in in finance leadership roles, ideally within industrial or energy sectors
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of product line economics, commercial finance, and operational drivers
  • Have Experience in managing teams across multiple locations and working in a matrixed organization
  • Have strong communication and leadership skills
  • Demonstrate established project management and analytical skills
