How does participating in a huddle up meeting support team collaboration and productivity?

Participating in a 'Huddle Up' meeting, often called a daily or weekly team huddle, fosters open communication and alignment among team members. By regularly checking in, team members are more likely to stay on track with their goals, resolve issues collaboratively, and maintain a positive, energetic work environment. This structure also strengthens relationships and helps new members integrate more smoothly into the team.
