About The Role
The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of innovative technology solutions that align with the client's strategic goals and business objectives. This role involves working closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, developers, and account managers, to create scalable, reliable, and secure systems or applications.
This role will report directly to the Head of Solution Architecture.

You possess in-depth technical knowledge across various domains, including software development, infrastructure, databases, networking, and cloud technologies. Solution Architects create comprehensive architecture designs that meet both the functional and non-functional requirements of a project, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability. Solution Architects consider the bigger picture, understanding how their designs impact the organization as a whole.

Benefits and Perks
  • The base salary for this role is USD $100,000 to $130,000. With bonus opportunities, total target compensation is $120,000-$150,000, commensurate with experience. Outstanding candidates may be considered for higher ranges.
    • Note: For roles filled via an Employer of Record (EOR), final compensation is subject to review prior to offer, based on local market rates and statutory costs.
  • The company pays 50% of health insurance benefits for you and your dependents. (Available for U.S. W-2s only)
